Marinating your vegetables is a great way to infuse them with loads of extra flavor! It’s my #1 trick for getting friends that aren’t crazy about plain veggies to completely clear their plates!

These are just a few examples, but when it comes to marinating veggies – anything goes! (same goes for pickling vegetables – YUM!) Feel free to experiment with your favorite veggies and try something new. Enjoy!
