Ingredients:
- 2 peaches
- 120 g mascarpone cheese
- 4 tsp oats
- ½ tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 15 (15-20 g) hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tbsp olive oil
*for 4 serving
Instructions:
- Roast the hazelnuts, oats, and cinnamon in a non-stick pan for a few minutes. Set aside.
- Heat the cast-iron grill pan. Brush the olive oil on peach halves, then sprinkle the coconut sugar on them. Place the peaches on the pan, close with a flat plate and cook the bottom side of the peaches for about 8 minutes. Turn over to cook the other side of the peaches. Close the plate again and cook for another 8 minutes. Set aside.
- To assemble the dessert, put one of the grilled peach halves on the serving plate, then put one tablespoon of mascarpone cheese on it. Drizzle the maple syrup on it and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
