Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 6 medjool dates (60 g)
  • 1 large banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp carob powder
  • 2 tbsp whey protein powder
  • 30 g peanut
  • 1/3 cup oat
  • ¼ cup cacao powder

*for 4 servings

Instructions: 

  1. Put peanut butter, dates, mashed banana, ground flaxseed, ground carob and whey protein into the food processor and blend well until they are in paste form.
  2. Add peanuts and oats into the paste and fold it.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking paper-lined plate and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cut pieces of the desired size from the well-chilled mixture and dip them in cocoa until they are well coated.
  5. Bon appetit!
