    I liked how much this made me sweat but I think there was too much lower body in this, especially given how there are often two or three squatting exercises right next to one another. I think each exercise is going to be way too long for anyone who's already done leg exercises earlier in the week or who hasn't developed that area enough. A good workout, but I'd recommend labeling it "Cardio + Lower Body" so people know what to expect going in

    I got what I came for. 20 min, no jumping and I sweat. A lot. If you are a beginner and/or have weak knees and or wrists this ist not your workout in my opinion. Almost all excercises are either squat-ish in some form (fast squats, be careful here) or putting pressure on your wrists. If you know this is problematic for you look for another workout.

    I started to have pain on my knees with the other normal routines so I thought not jumping exercises was going to be of help for my knees but I found bending my knees on every exercise 😮‍💨
    Hope they don’t hurt again tomorrow 😅
