I try to do this every morning. it’s quick, to the point, and you’ll feel it the next day

EXCERISES: 30 seconds each

    I'm skeptical of this workout. Because I mostly do high intensity cardio. Let's see. What happens. Doing this with diet sleep and other cardio.

    this used to be like the ab workout back when it came out, and I was recently looking for it to see how difficult it was but couldn't find it until now. i remember it seeming and being so difficult back then that i think i only tried it once. and now i can do it without breaks and it's the perfect amount of challenging, my new go to. ๐Ÿค

    im going try this for 1 month and see if something will change weghit 61 and now 56 bc i was useing some other viedos but then i found this so im going try this bc i lose 5 pounds lets see how much i will lose in this
    day 1: i did 4set of this pluz i did some other sets from other viedos i was dying i will update for other days
    day 2: i feel so much changes fr guys u should try it pluz if u want to lose weghit u should do it 2x a day pluz do some other exrices to burn so much
    day 3: i did this 2 times pluz some others viedos
