In my opinion for what it’s worth, I agree about the sickening music. Just turn the volume down
I agree with many, the music choice is HORRIBLE (you should change it), and yes, I mute it and play my own. The exercise however is excellent
This was more legs and shoulders than it was abs. I was specifically looking for an abs video.
The background noise/music was really bad. But the animation was fantastic!
The “guy” in the video has no fat to lose. Wondering if one did these exercises for 36 hours a day…would they lose weight?

My 9 yr old Grandson is going to do these. He wants to get rid of belly and chest.
Not saying this don't work , but I'm 54, I was always skinny until.i got married at 30, after raising two boys I went from 190 pounds to 300 pounds, woke up one day and said FUK THIS!! started walking , and cut out the fast food. Took 10 months but I lost 90 pounds! I will never go back

I have 10 days till my holiday – already lost quite a bit of weight through diet so wanting to flatten the stomach a bit, so the challenge is on. Really good workout for just 10 mins or so, so hoping will see results in 10 days …
Hope no one see's me ever trying to do that last one lol. I just end up kicking and flapping like im trying to lift off.
I come here & use it despite the obnoxious political ads. I consider it an added workout, reaching to hit 'mute'. Please can these ads if at all possible.
