Vegan Mango Smoothie Recipe:
Mango (medium-sized) – 2 nos
Coconut Milk – 1 Cup
Chia Seeds – 2 tsp
Ice – 1 ½ Cup
Sugar (optional) – 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender jar.
2. Blend it just until it turns smooth.
Cooking Tips:
1. If the mango you’re using is large in size, 1 mango will be sufficient. Mangoes that have less fibre is preferred for this recipe.
2. The sugar can be skipped if the mango is naturally sweet enough.
3. For a non-vegan version, the coconut milk can be substituted with curd or milk. The sugar can also be substituted with honey.
