Ingredients:
For Sauce:
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp of ginger powder
- ¼ tsp of coriander
- Black pepper, to taste
For Meatball:
- 350 g minced turkey
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 egg, whisked
- ½ tbsp of sesame oil
- ½ tbsp of soy sauce
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sunflower oil
- Sesame seed, to serve
- Spring onion, to serve
*for 2 servings
Instructions:
- Cook all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Take all the ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl, knead until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Grease a 6-well muffin tin and divide the mixture evenly into the wells. Bake in a preheated 190⁰C oven for 30 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven and pour the sauce on it and cook it for another 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with spring onion and sesame seeds.
