Igor is from Ukraine. but he is silent. he lives in America, he is not threatened by prison for freedom of speech. he simply turned a blind eye to the war. children are dying in Ukraine, he has two children, they are alive, many Ukrainians are already dead underground.     Started my lean bulk too, right now Im at +25kg weighted decline push ups (Side to Side) and at +20kg weighted assisted one arm normal push and keep grinding!!!!!!!
    Im following this program and call it routine A .Im also using your leg routine as routine B.
    4 days a week : Routine A day- Routine B day – Rest day – Routine A day- Routine B day – Rest day – Rest day .
    One day will be very heavy sets and the other ll be woking on high reps w/ lower weights per routine.
