Started my lean bulk too, right now Im at +25kg weighted decline push ups (Side to Side) and at +20kg weighted assisted one arm normal push and keep grinding!!!!!!!
Im following this program and call it routine A .Im also using your leg routine as routine B.
4 days a week : Routine A day- Routine B day – Rest day – Routine A day- Routine B day – Rest day – Rest day .
One day will be very heavy sets and the other ll be woking on high reps w/ lower weights per routine.
What sort of time of day do you suggest you do this?
