day 1 ✅ : it was so so painful and i felt a burn
day one: ✅ WOWW OK THE BURN IS REAL. ESPECIALLY DURING THE LAST TWO SQUATS. but im very proud of myself!! i did all the workouts and didnt quit.
If anyone is looking in late July:
Starting measurements: 29 in waist, 37 in glutes, 20 in thighs (hold most of my weight in lower half)
Day 1: 7/27: Ooh, difficult! Had to pause, for sure. Did this after about a mile walk so I was already warmed up.

Ngl I used to do this exercise everyday for 3 months and saw no difference.
Then I reliased that it was because I was eating alot and the i gave up . Now Im restarting my journey by doing a bunch of exercises and going to eat less. So if I can do it so can you but make sure uoh eat a balanced diet and DONT starve yourself!

I’ve been doing this for a few days and today was the first day I was able to hold the last two exercises! I’m very proud 🙂
managed to get to 6:04 until i pulled something in my hip ?
The fact that i started thinking it's easy for me but now my legs are hurting ?
Ill be attempting to do this everyday, for idk how long, but here is my progess:

Feel the burn I want a a really good burn emi wong ur amazing but really go for a workout that's burn inner thighs because if u focus on the inner it will give u what u want bl after u get slimmer emi wong is the perfect person to tone your boady and get that hour glass shape that ur wanting .

How many calories do these exercises burn?
These don’t work. You can’t “tone” or be more “slim” by doing these. Only way to “tone” is to lose fat by being in a calorie deficit, not by doing pulses. And your genetics determines where you will lose fat, might be back or face for example. Same thing with abs. Doing abs won’t give you them. The Key is calorie deficit.
this workout really works, did it for 3 weeks, everyday and now i can see my legs became little bit thinner??i think you should do it for like 1-2 month so you can see really great results?
First exercise in and I immediately got a leg cramp ?
okay so here i am doing this workout every day and it's been like five days in a row (i've done this workout for four days before but i was unmotivated so i stopped) and i can definitely feel the changes. i don't want to measure my legs since i am too insecure right now to do that at that moment but i have been getting more confident lately. today i wore shorts that are whalf the length i usually wear and i went outside and i felt great honestly. i can't do this for twenty days in a row because i am going on a vacation but i usually lose weight when i am on a vacation since i eat normally and stuff so it won't be a problem. then when i come back i'll go it till i go back to school. and if i'll still be insecure i'll keep doing it. that's it for now bye xx

this was so intense omg i love it so much, all exercises were so good, and specially last two, i am little bit of guily because during last 2 exercise it was so intense i had to take some 5 seconds break, but i completed. gonna do this everyday thanks emi, those small motivating lines you say in between workout works the best
