    Awesome workout. After doing it a couple times I tried adding 1-2kg weights for certain movements and oh boy It felt amazing ! For example the squats and boxing punches are great movements to add weights for anyone who wants to push themselves even further. If not, this HIIt itself is incredible and my favourite ?!!

    Joe, I had been doing your PE with Joe daily workouts through out the start of lockdown, but as things changed fell out of the habit and unfortunately picked up a few very unhealthy habits and gained 2stone. After feeling so low and disgusted with myself, avoiding looking in the mirror and feeling like a burst couch I'm glad to say, that I am now starting to get back in to doing your amazing work outs! You keep me motivated through out and it's great to hear that you too find it hard sometimes. Thank you Joe!
