● 350 g chestnuts mushroom, cut into quarters
● ¼ tsp red miso paste
● ¼ tsp garlic puree
● ¼ tsp ginger powder
● 1 tbsp date extract
● 2 tbsp low salt soy sauce
● ½ tbsp sesame oil
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● Salt
● Black pepper
● 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Mix the red miso paste, sesame oil, date extract, soy sauce, and garlic puree, and ginger powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat the stainless steel pan over high heat. Then add the olive oil. When the olive oil is hot, add the mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Saute for about 8 minutes stirring constantly.
3. After the mushrooms are fork tender, pour the miso paste mixture into the pan. Cook for about 4 minutes until the sauce turns glaze consistency.
4. Mix the chopped parsley and roasted sesame seeds with mushrooms.
5. Transfer to the serving plate. You can sprinkle more chopped parsley when you serve it.
