Ingredients:
- 1 chicken leg thigh (160-180 g)
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lime zest and juice
- 1 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ cup cooked rice
*for 1 serving
Instructions:
- Whisk the yogurt, lime juice, and zest, garlic, fresh thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Put the chicken into the bowl and close the lid. Marinate for a minimum of an hour in the refrigerator.
- Put the chicken in an air-fryer basket. Air-fry for about 26 mins in the air-fryer at 180°C/355°F, and turn the chicken through halfway.
- Serve with microwave rice.
