This is one of my favorite recipes. Nourishing, gut healthy and so full of flavor.

šŸ«Blueberries not only have a vibrant color and delicious taste but blueberries are also known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions and their beneficial effects on vascular and glucoregulatory function.

šŸ«Blueberry phytochemicals may affect gastrointestinal microflora and support gut health.

šŸ«Blueberries have polyphenols that can potentially reduce neuroinflammation and decrease feelings of anxiety, depression, and brain fog.

šŸ‘‰šŸ¼Kefir is also not just tasty but beneficial for a healthy gut.

Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup kefir
1 tbsp hemp seeds
3 small mint leaves

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and top with plant-based yogurt and hemp seeds.
