    Day 1: that was relatively intense. This was definitely the first time I have done a workout video and not given myself extra breaks or did some of the workouts with half of the effort. I really put my full force into this and I really hope it pays off 🙂 I’m hoping to eventually be able to do this twice a day, but for right now I’ll be doing just once 🙂
    Day 2: all I can say is wow. Firstly, I have been EXTREMELY sore in my legs since yesterdays workout, and today even bending down was difficult ? but I just finished it for today, and I felt a difference in the last couple exercises because they felt easier than they did yesterday! I find that insane. I forgot to stretch before hand so the beginning was a bit rougher than I had it yesterday (also wasn’t sore yesterday), but I’m stretching right now as I’m typing this. I think because it’s so short of a video it’s a lot easier to think like “it’s only 12 minutes you’ve got this.” Also, I really like that she does them fully throughout the video. It’s really easy to follow along. Sorry I’m going to keep updating this comment, but tracking my progress through this is definitely apart of my motivation ?
    Day 3: I think this was honestly the hardest day yet. I’m so so so sore and some of the excercises I definitely stopped earlier than I should have, but I think I put in my all considering they were all pretty painful because of how sore my legs are lol
    I’m hoping my body will get used to this and stop being so sore soon lol but rn I’m just gunna keep trying to try and get to the full two weeks at LEAST and hopefully go further 🙂
    Day 3: I remembered to stretch before hand and it definitely helped. I also changed what time of the day I did it, so now I’m doing morning, then next day night and so on. I think it helps give your body a break, and since I work retail on my feet all day it can get difficult to work if I’m super sore. But today was the EASIEST day so far! I did it full out and some of them even felt good? I really like the step back lunge thing. But yeah today went well!

    Day1: ✅ Definitely felt the burn in my legs.
    Day2: ✅ my legs were so sore from yesterday and the beggining exercises killed me
    Day3: ✅ I really didn't feel like doing it today but I'm glad I did. My legs were still sore but I did a warm up and it kind of helped lessen the pain.
    Day4: ✅ Still feeling sore on my legs and bum. I can't even do the lunges properly since it feels like my muscles are going to tear lol. But the other exercises that I struggled with in the beggining have become easier. Like the one where you have to get up from your knees to do a squat. I was a wobbling mess before but I can do them nicely now XD

    Day 1: just finished, I am sore and had to do some of the modifications but I'm feeling good.

    Day 2: I woke up sore. My legs are on fire. Just trying to push through. Sending good vibes to all who are do this.

    Day 3: I'm feeling good. I'm starting to like the soreness. I'm not seeing any changes yet but I'm feeling stronger. To anyone who is doing this right now keep going!

    Day 1 : Didn't burn but I was sweating – maybe it's because of the heat – I was supposed to do another exercise but I couldn't think killed me

    Day 2 : It burned more but It got easier – still sweating soo much ?

    Day 3 : Today was so hard it burned and I was dead by the end of it [ before I did 5 mins of abs and wtf now I'm dead]

    Day 4 : Today was really hard and I took so msny breaks

    Day 5 : I'm covered in sweat. This was so hard but I'm glad i didn't give up ?

    Day 1) ✅ success, definitely was a little challenging.
    Day 2) ✅ my body was feeling a little sore but I did it.
    Day 3) ✅ I haven't done this exercise but I've been cleaning my house and sweating like crazy, I didn't even get the chance to cook dinner for my family. Since yesterday I was doing a tural cleaning and I believe that it was more than this workout.
    Day 4) ✅ sweat good, guess I did it better this time. A bit of a challenge

    Day 6) ❌ I was feeling sick and under weather
