INGREDIENTS
- 13oz Chickpeas in brine
- 13oz Greek feta cheese
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Cup chopped parsley
- Olive oil, 2 tbsp
METHOD
Step 1
Drain the chickpeas and cheese cubes. Dice the tomatoes. Peel and slice the red onion. Chop the parsley. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle some oil on them.
