INGREDIENTS

  • 13oz Chickpeas in brine
  • 13oz Greek feta cheese
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Cup chopped parsley
  • Olive oil, 2 tbsp

 

METHOD

Step 1

Drain the chickpeas and cheese cubes. Dice the tomatoes. Peel and slice the red onion. Chop the parsley. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle some oil on them.
