I have done this workout with 6-8 minutes rest
Today is the first time i did this workout till the end. Usually, I skipped half part but today I tried.😅I didn't do it I did just like 78% of the video becos I add more rest like 2-3 min into 5min🥴.I'll try again tomorrow 👍

I saw this workout today and i tried to complete it but i only reached 17 mins in the video (just a beginner dont judge), this workout is rlly effective and id like to complete it tomorrow if i can. I started working out at then end of November and i did skipping and jordan level 4
I lost 1kg in 1 week.
I am 78 now i hope in another week i am 77 and believe in reducing weight by 1 kg in every week guess that's healthy too

Toughest exercises I have ever done. Need to meet with his timings and steps is a challenge to complete.
The simple and best exercise …..I have followed you during lockdown and loose 7kg but again gain the weight ……now after almost 1 year I started it again and aim to loose 10 kg in 10 week …..day 1/70
