DAY 1! it was quite tiring but I hope it's worth it!

I started seeing results by day 4. For me, this workout works but i wouldnt say it gives a life changing look. Consistency will make it look better 😢

DAY 1
day 1: literally passed out and my neck I hurting (how do I make it not hurt)
Day 2: weirdly so much better, maybe yesterday I didn't know like the duration while I was doing it, now I'm still dead but much better and didn't pause the video, this morning I already saw results
Day 3, all good
Day 1: i already am somewhat skinny but i want more definition of my muscles and less belly fat- that was a deadly workout holy
Day 2: im so sore omg i had to really hype myself up to do the workout, other than the pain it was easier than day 1
Day 3: workout was easier, not as sore
Day 4: not sore, seeing small results
Day 5: same as day 4
Day 6: i can feel my muscles but im not seeing a lot of progress yet, the workout was exponentially easier than day 1 and soreness is completely gone
Day 7:🎉 im so happy i could make a week of doing this, im gonna try for another week, same results as yesterday
Day 10: i took day 8 and 9 off to recover and the workout was harder to do now.
Update, i gave up, i did get noticeablly more toned and a little slimmer though so its worth doing for at least a week

I can’t find my original comment, so I’m going to do it again.
Day 1: that burn.
Day 2: also burn.
Day 3: STILL BURNING.
Day 4: now burn a bit less.
Day 5: burn like the day 4 but I realize that I can support better the exercises and have more resistance.
Day 6: I feel it easier than de others days, I correct the position of some exercises so today burn more again but I support very well all the routine. In addition, I can feel the progress, I can saw nothing yet, but I can feel how my muscles are getting hard.
I swear this woman is unstoppable without any break keep it up guys we'll get the body we wantt
