    Going from static stretching (meant to relax the muscles and body). Directly into explosive movements is not ideal and could lead to an injury. I would recommend dynamic stretching prior to doing explosive movements to reduce the risk of injury.

    I got so bored when I started this because she was talking so much. They do a little bit of exercise then talk entirely too much. By then I'm completely recovered and just waiting to go on to the next. Complete waste of time. I think this video purpose is just to show off Mr genetically gifted bare-chested fireman. ?
