Crock Pot Bacon Ranch Potatoes Ingredients Needed:
Baby Yukon Potatoes (don’t have to peel them)
Bacon and Bacon Grease
Chicken Broth
Ranch Dressing Mix Seasoning
As you can see this is only 4 simple ingredients but these potatoes are loaded in flavor. We love to use the Yukon potatoes because you don’t have to peel them and they cook much quicker. I just quarter them and throw them in the crock pot. The bacon of course is a wonderful addition and great flavoring with the chicken broth. These potatoes lasted one day at my house and I have been asked to make them again and again.

Crock Pot Bacon Ranch Potatoes
Easy and delicious side dish
Servings: 6 servings
- 2.5 lbs of baby yukon potatoes quartered
- 4-5 pieces of bacon fried chopped and set aside (keep 2 tablespoons of bacon grease)
- 3/4 th cup of chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons of Ranch Dressing Mix
Wash and quarter potatoes and toss them in the crock pot.
Pour chicken broth over potatoes and top with bacon and bacon grease.
Sprinkle with Ranch Dressing Mix and cover. Let cook for 3.5 hours on high or 6 -7 on low.
These potatoes reheat well too. I garnished these with dried parsley.
