    This is a great workout. I normally have trouble with finding a difficult no weights workout that gives me a good burn, but this one actually made my legs sore! I love the 30 intervals with no breaks. Made it the perfect difficulty level. Thanks 🙏

    I am so disappointed of workouts without break. Please, put at least 10 seconds in order to change my leg….also persuming that most of us who are a little bit advanced are turning back the timer, why do you push it more and forcing us? It's annoying that I can't even take a breath!

    Hellooo,im here to lose some weightt(i already lost 6 kilograms at summer)im kinda bored and i dont feel comfy anymore in my body soo..lets goo
    Day 1 :i stopped at 20:44 cuz i had to go to the shower(i did this at 7pm)soo i felt bit sweaty(stinky lol)and also i didnt had today time to exersice 🙁 (weight:75,163cm short)
