I took tiny breaks some times but generally liked the workouts. I'd love it more if there's verbal instructions for me to follow more easily
It's a great workout, but in my opinion, it's 90% lower body.

This is a great workout. I normally have trouble with finding a difficult no weights workout that gives me a good burn, but this one actually made my legs sore! I love the 30 intervals with no breaks. Made it the perfect difficulty level. Thanks 🙏

OMG! I'm so proud of myself that I did that burned challenge but let's be honest… I had to take a break because it burned sooo intense but I really want to thank you, Anna! You can be so proud of yourself!🤗💕 I want you to ask something: Do you sometimes need breaks between your own exercises because I think that I'm the only one, who needs breaks between them.😂😂

I am so disappointed of workouts without break. Please, put at least 10 seconds in order to change my leg….also persuming that most of us who are a little bit advanced are turning back the timer, why do you push it more and forcing us? It's annoying that I can't even take a breath!

This workout is my absolute favorite I have done many workouts to find one that I feel actually benefits me and I feel a burn on this one absolutely sums up everything I was looking for! (Though not gonna lie by 15% I was struggling so bad😅😂)
