    Hey Anna your videos are really really great and we all thank you to help us to improve our physical conditions. But for a few weeks now, each video you share is full of interrupting ads and it is really annoying to follow a full exercise. I am sorry but first Ads are just annoying things and secondly this kind of exercises ask me and may be a lot of people to be very focus and i can't stand to be interrupted (5 or 6 times!!!) each video. Sorry i have to find another way to practice

They were really great. All of them! Last year in May I had my knee surgery and got an 'new one' …; since September I'm back in training again. It works wonderfully.     hiii! I started my fitness journey a few months ago and stopped after my schedule starting filling up and I began overworking my body. im starting it again and it seems as this will be perfect. Although, will this give a flat stomach + abs, I have some abs but im aiming for a flat stomach + abs which I wouldn't say is what I have now. thanks and hope you can reply even with this being month's late
