My new favorite 30-minute workout! Just some good old-fashioned high impact cardio. The moves aren't complicated but the challenge is real… just how I like it!

I don't mind a bit of jumping but this training is mainly running and jumping. I didn't like it. I prefer those you do with more varieties in the exercises including core and upper body.
Honestly, these workouts are the best warm ups before I start lifting. They really get my heart pumping!!
