I started in 1st November 2025 at 110 kg. Proud to say by the end of dec id lost 4 kgs. Im keeping at it. My goal is 80kgs by the end of this new year.

I started 1 week ago I was 86KG iam now 81KG CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THE 80’s 😩 I have also been eating less and walk 10k steps per day around my house I will update my progress 🙈🥹
