Listen, cardio is definitely NOT boring in today’s routine! I had the best time creating & filming this video. Felt a little shy at first, but after a couple of side steps I was definitely singing along. Thank god we remove the original sound lol.
When I did this routine 4x in a row (testing my workouts takes time) I burned the same amount of calories as I normally do during the other workouts!!!
Also nevermind the exercise names haha. The “Wood Chopper” should rather be called the “John Travolta”.

Your videos are great, clear, manageable and to the point, not to mention the killer music and beautiful aesthetics. Never stop doing them, love them.
After doing this workout again after losing 165 lbs( did it for the first time when I was still over 200 lbs) the workout is so easy now I used it as a warm up workout. Super easy and low impact workout for anyone just starting out or for advanced that have injuries or need a fill-in workout/warm-up.

OMG I FINISH IT im dyinggg. Its been a week I follow up pamela's vid. And today is the first time I can follow through the vid until finished for one exercise session. It seems simple but im sweating like crazy!

I really feel the music of this one, but can't say the same thing about the moves. Considering this workout is 2yo and your new dance workouts are BOMB – how about a re-vamp of this one with old music and new moves? 🙂

I freaking LOVE these videos as a warm up. Honestly if I don't start my workout with a dance video, I feel like my workouts aren't as effective. Some days I feel lazy and I skip cardio but I feel better 100% of the time I incorporate it.
