    Comecei hoje. Achei um treino prazeroso, pratico, fácil, dá pra ver que queima bem a gordura e não é tão cansativo. A gente se sente com mais disposição. Vou continuar. Pra quem é sedentaria como eu e está acima do peso deve fazer um bom efeito. Animada para fazer mais exercícios amanha
