this used to be like the ab workout back when it came out, and I was recently looking for it to see how difficult it was but couldn't find it until now. i remember it seeming and being so difficult back then that i think i only tried it once. and now i can do it without breaks and it's the perfect amount of challenging, my new go to. 🤍
