    I’ve got an important question and hope someone can help me; I started working out like 4 days ago (thigh/arms/abs) and everything’s fine but whenever I do the standing abs exercises I feel nauseous for some reason (like i’m about to puke) but i don’t really know why
    Does anyone have an advice to this problem ?
