Iβve got an important question and hope someone can help me; I started working out like 4 days ago (thigh/arms/abs) and everythingβs fine but whenever I do the standing abs exercises I feel nauseous for some reason (like iβm about to puke) but i donβt really know why
Does anyone have an advice to this problem ?
