I was excited to try this workout because of my favorite actress from TVD but no one warned me that I was gonna faint twice before the end of the workout 😢 Anyway it was worth it😊🤣
I got sweaty watching this, who can keep this pace besides 20 year old navy seals

Talking during the exercises is just impressive. This is hard, you need to be really fit and have a high level of cardio.
