    I mean… i died and recovered about 468 times doing this… i couldn't feel my feet and legs… i swear i saw my dead relatives several times… my life flashed before my eyes… other than that pretty lovely workout. 👼

    People here keep saying “ the first trainer hit harder “, guys is a complete different sequence and in tabata, wake up. The 2nd coach is as well good, just going more on high jumps sequence.
    Talking during the exercises is just impressive. This is hard, you need to be really fit and have a high level of cardio.
    Everyone here takes short break during movement even the coaches. Watch again
