I’m doing nothing you have said to do and I am seeing progress I want to see
im 17, 5’5 and about 127 lbs. i struggle gaining muscle because i also have an eating disorder which stops me from getting the proper nutritions. i go to the gym almost daily and lift until i can’t move anymore but i still can’t see any results. ive tried so hard to recover and really work on myself the best i can but it seems impossible for me. im so unhappy with my body and how weak i am. can anyone give me tips?

I've always been skinny so I recently started lifting weights. It's been around 2 months and I can already see my biceps, etc getting much bigger. Now obviously there is a limitation on how big my muscles and frame can grow since I'm still young/ developing but I'm happy with my results so far. I noticed fast progress which encouraged me but now it's very hard to see if I'm even progressing or not so it can be discouraging at times
would shadow boxing be a good uper body finisher?

What's a good leg work out I broke my upper left tibia and I can't use my leg properly for example I could barely do a squat without it giving up on me.
