Chris! A month ago i decided to do calisthenics but i wasn't sure where to start! But you showed me direction now i know my potential and i can do things like i can hold plank for three minutes and handstand for two seconds (I know that bad but atleast i can) This all means so much to me!

About 6 months in with a change in how I've eaten in over 20 years it works. First must have to realize you cant cheat your body…ie calories in and calories out decide your weight. I find it easy just to eat fruit in the morning followed by the same lunch, fish and rice. Dinner i eat whatever we cook at home as fam. Still eat out on Friday and Sat as reward. You can do it!

Does anyone know how to do this workout more shoulder friendly? I tend to get shoulder pain when doing Curl Press 01:39 (when twisting the arms towards the ceiling) and with the push-ups 03:35 as well as with the rear delt flys 06:38 – thanks for your advice!

Can someone guide me on this I recently bought too heavy of weights and I feel sore and fatigue Im only a beginner for dumbbells I’ve ordered 2 10kg dumbbells would I be going on the right track doing these exercises with 10kg starting off someone please let me know

I will do this! I am in my 30s and never been to the gym, I dont even know what weight my dumbells should be. Is 10 kg good? I have natural strenght, its not that im weak or so and im not after to become huge or anything, I just wanna pack up some biceps to look good and improve my overall health
