♡ Healthy Smoothie ♡
This is not just tasty, but it’s also packed with lots of health benefits and can make a great pre or post workout meal.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana (large)
1/4 cup of oats
1 Tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup of beets juice
1/2 cup of coconut milk
Note: you can use 2 tbsps of beets powder for 1 cup of coconut milk.
Method: mix all the ingredients in a blender; serve in a glass and enjoy : )
