    Day6:bruh got sick?
    Day7: back on the grind, stronger than ever

    Day10: rode a bike
    Day11: done
    Day12: Done
    Day13: Done
    Day14: done, and 2 weeks in! Ive never lasted longer on a plan!
    Day15: done
    Day16: after a 5 day break, im back on the grind
    Day17: raisin the weight, done
    Day18: done
    Day19: done
    Day20: done
    Day21: 3 weeks in! Done!
    Day22: donee
    Day23: done
    Day24: rest day!
    Day25: exercising a different way but still on the grind ?

    Sir i used to grow muscles quickly but nowadays idk why but I am not able to grow that much instead my fat is increasing. Is it bcoz of stress.

    I'm 14 years old and i do this workout video 2 times in the morning (before school) and 2 times at night (before bed)
    So i do this workout video 4 times a day
    In 2 months i've seen huge progress, my arms are more bigger and i'm definitely way more stronger

    NEVER GIVE UP GUYS!!!!

    At least once per week ? ? I plan to do it st least 1 to 3 times a day. In my opinion a 3 days rest is too much for a workout of 8mine even though it is hard.
