    Finally decided to try and lose some weight doing this exercise it was a lot more intense than I thought and I particularly struggled with the knees and elbows exercise on the floor hopefully it’s gets easier and I can get in shape properly

    Notes: was pretty bored and feeling unmotivated I suggest playing some music in the background for motivation since I did feel extremely bored and no motivation !
