Finally decided to try and lose some weight doing this exercise it was a lot more intense than I thought and I particularly struggled with the knees and elbows exercise on the floor hopefully it’s gets easier and I can get in shape properly

I was getting a mild headache while doing the exercise. But by steady breathing and drinking water, it goes away. Can somebody please tell me why is it happening?
