Amazing!!!! One of my favourite Fitness Blender workouts ever and I've been with you for a while and usually I love the chance to pull out my dumbbells, but this was exactly what I needed. Sometimes you need a better than nothing workout to get across the line when the stressors are piling up and also when you're trying to ease back into it after being sick. Would love more like these. Thank you!!!

This workout was perfect! I have been so busy and it has been such a challenge to get a workout in. This was just what I needed today.
This is perfect for me in the morning when I don't wake up early enough for a full 30+ minutes. I would love more of these short ones that incorporate a warm up and cool down.

Thanks Daniel, this was GREAT! Many have said it already, but such a short session looked feasible after a long day and evening.. Not much motivation.. I got up late for work and didn't have time for a longer workout. This was great…gave me some energy to start my day.
Not sure if you have many moms who do your workouts but I have two kids under 3, one is exclusively nursing and this workout is perfect! I would love more short workouts like this because honestly…a lot of times 15-20 mins is all I can spare! Thanks for helping this mommy get back into shape post partum!

Loved this workout although it was short. It was great.
Nice…actually used all as an extended warmup for a bike/kettlebell cardio workout at home..then used the cool down to finish. It will definitely be used again, either as I just did or for those days when I just need to get something moving even for 15 minutes.
Love this! More please 15-20 mins if great for break time!
