Dry Fruit Smoothie
Servings – 2
INGREDIENTS
Cashews – 2 tablespoons
Pistachios – 2 tablespoons
Almonds – 2 tablespoons
Raisins – 1 tablespoon
Dates – 2 tablespoons
Chilled milk – 400 milliliters
Bananas – 120 grams
Honey – 1 teaspoon
Almonds – for garnishing
Pistachios – for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cashews, 2 tablespoons pistachios, 2 tablespoons almonds, 1 tablespoon raisins, 2 tablespoons dates, 400 milliliters chilled milk and soak for 10 minutes.
2. In a blender, add 120 grams bananas, soaked mixture, 1 teaspoon honey and blend it well.
3. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
4. Serve.
