    Something wrong with No4. Are you sure it trains the back and back shoulders? Also you forgot that while in plank possition it trains the front parts of the legs.

    Abs are made in the kitchen not gym, do all the exercises you want and if your body fat % is too high you will never see your abs. I think it’s hilarious when people are at 20% body fat doing abs workouts thinking they’re gonna get ripped abs?
