Corn Ribs

Ingredients:

● 2 medium corn cobs, cut into half
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp cayenne
● ½ tsp garlic powder
● ¼ tsp lime powder
● ¼ tsp salt
● ¼ tsp dried basil
● ¼ tsp oregano
● 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
● 1 tbsp chives
● 1 tbsp spicy mayonnaise
*for 2 serving

Instructions:

1. Mix the olive oil, salt, and spices in a small bowl.
2. Cut the corn cobs in half and then into quarters.
3. Place the corn cob quarters in a baking tray lined with waxed paper then brush with olive oil mixture.
4. Bake the corn ribs at 375ºF/190ºC oven for about 25-30 minutes. Take the corn ribs out of the oven, then transfer the serving plate. Sprinkle the top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped chives.
