Am I just straight up weak or what cause the exercises with the hands out to side on the ground seem impossible, i can either lift my legs up OR have my hands out to side holding my body up in some super uncomfortable position, but not the way it’s done with both in the video. Been trying to do it multiple times now and I literally cannot

If you think this is a workout for people of any fitness level, you must've never trained an average person. Most people couldn't do the first few exercises….
