    Jesus died and ressurected for you to not pay the punishment for your sins. Nothing that you do can save you from that but, Jesus took your place and sins for you to be free From the punishment and your sins(John 3:16).It is a gift from God and for you to take it you just have to believe in Him and repent and you Will be saved (Romans 10:9).

    Am I just straight up weak or what cause the exercises with the hands out to side on the ground seem impossible, i can either lift my legs up OR have my hands out to side holding my body up in some super uncomfortable position, but not the way it’s done with both in the video. Been trying to do it multiple times now and I literally cannot
