I'm gonna do this workout twice everyday in the morning and evening

Trying this for 35 days! (trying to lose a good amount before prom, and i do this exercises before i shower and then go to bed)
Day 1: Starting weight 131.2 lbs (ate big meal so not very accurate atm, i’m 5’1 1/2 and I’m 17 years old)
Day 2: 128.8 lbs
Day 3: 129.7 lbs (still easing out if bad eating habits)
Day 4: 129.4 lbs
Day 5: 128.4 lbs
Day 6: 128.6 lbs
Day 7: 127.8 lbs
Day 8: 127.0 lbs !!
Day 9: 127.2 lbs (ate at texas roadhouse yesterday… 😬)
Day 10: 126.8 lbs 🤤
(i just want to make it a point that i am absolutely NOT starving myself nor do i have an ed, but i’ve been in a calorie deficit and walk 2 hrs/a day)

that big bowl of granola that i ate got me here. i thought that this would be just simple stretching moves BUT after 20 mins i was WHEEZING for oxygen. lol remind me to get in here if my muscles do not construct a whole new empire tomorrow!!
I'm starting this workout today, trying to beat my depression which became a bit severe lately.. i used to be very athletic so its sad to see I can't do much right now. Anyways thanks for the workout, this is something I can do at home which I greatly appreciate cos it takes the pressure off it a bit.
Overall a good amd energetic workout but please take the burn 500 calories out of the title since you do not even burn half of that with this entore workout. I burned around 200 calories. I chose this workout to burn alot of calories in a short amount of time but that was false advertising.
