I did this workout this morning , on a Wednesday because I have to leave early, and I did this because it’s short but also hard ! I like to get at least 40 to 30 mins out a workout .. and this workout for feel like 1hour !! Omg tbis was harddd but I’m glad I did it !
Started this for the first time when I was 15, I'm 23 now and still come back to it, cuz it's just that good
It's been over 10 years that I first did this workout. I just did it while only breathing through my nose, a new personal best at 42 years old!

Love this workout. I have a question where I am almost terrified of the answer…The audible is telling me to do a full pushup on the burpee but the video is going into a plank position. Which should version should I be doing?
It's been like 9 years and whenever i want a 3 times a week weight loss workout I always come back to this. Gets easier over some months but never stops being challenging. Thank you for this.

The training is good and I sweated a lot. There are only 4 exercises on the ladder principle. I give 8.5/10

I have been competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition for nearly 10 years and have been doing this workout for nearly as long. Definitely keeps me in shape and never gets any easier! Great for when you need to get a workout in but lack the time!

Been using this HIIT routine since 2016, and man, it ALWAYS kicks my ass! Great video!
Got an ad break with 10 seconds left in first round of burpees, then again with 5 seconds left in the second round of jumping jacks. Gave up after that, this video is ruined
Literally been doing this work out daily for years.. suddenly todays video is riddled with adverts all the way through forcing you to stop the work out and go to skip.. totally ruined.
