    Ok, someone help me out.
    I way 215 and just started the gym today. My goal isn’t to necessarily lose weight, but gain more muscle and endurance. How is this video telling me to eat simple carbs, get every other website is telling me to avoid them and eat complex carbs. I’m a big guy (6”0 ft tall). What should I eat for after workouts, and before workouts? Also, why should I work out in the morning, if sleep rebuilds muscles? I hear many people do this, but working out in the afternoon seems more logical to me, yet doesn’t fit my schedule. This is a plea for help
