Post Workout Smoothie
Ingredients
-Half an Apple
-1 Elaichi Banana
-3-4 Soaked and peeled Almonds
-Soaked Walnuts – 2
-Soaked black Raisins – 2-3
-Soaked Anjeer – 2
-Coconut Milk – 1 /2 cup
– Ice cubes / water to adjust the consistency
Method
-Add all the ingredients to a mixer grinder & blend till smooth.
-Pour it into a tall glass & enjoy!
