holy cow. there was a couple exercises i couldn't do due to bad wrists hips and knees cause im not a spring chicken but i motified and i have not worked out much in last couple years..im dyin now

I have problem with my right knee and already underwent for surgery. Im unable to run/jump/doing lunge. Is there any suitable hiit exercise for me? I need to stay fit and lose some weight but it is difficult because of my condition
Thanks for the workout… I used to go to boot camp and it was just too hard on my ankles, even with modifications… this was great to get back into things. One comment… maybe have a modification on some of those harder ones.. like the kick thru one on your hands and feet. Thanks!

I noticed that other videos have really hard exercises and i physically can't do it yet… So this was refreshing.
I literally almost died… But it was nice and relatively easy workouts.
So after my pregnancy my belly needs to get back to its shape and toned, which videos would you recommend me to check out
This workout was awesome! Hard enough but went by fast. 🙂 It would be helpful if you could give voice commands when to begin. Then I wouldn't have to look at the screen so much. Thank you for this workout!

It's a decent workout and I like that it doesn't have jumping or repeats (apart from for the other side), but unfortunately the music is far too loud for me to actually understand half of what she's saying. 🙁 (And that's not even taking into account that I don't like the music itself. ?)
Any low intensity but no too many planks or modifications of those exercizes please? My neck and shoulders are in chronic pain so planks cant be performed!
