Sir i used to grow muscles quickly but nowadays idk why but I am not able to grow that much instead my fat is increasing. Is it bcoz of stress.

So i do this workout video 4 times a day
In 2 months i've seen huge progress, my arms are more bigger and i'm definitely way more stronger

Its been 2 weeks i am doing this and i am already getting the results ?
At least once per week ? ? I plan to do it st least 1 to 3 times a day. In my opinion a 3 days rest is too much for a workout of 8mine even though it is hard.
