All said and done these ex look nice but how can they apply on a chubby fella with lower back pain? Michael 's bulked enough and unless I am mistaking these ex are mostly for those that have somewhat of a muscle hypertrophy already.???
when I started this workout, I could barely complete round 1 from the 1st circuit and almost threw up.
3 weeks later, I can easily do the whole workout, now I'll be doing it with ankle weights. This has improved my walking, sitting, standing posture.

I’m surprised by how bad this video could be. Lack of total logic, explanations, cues for ppl that don’t know anything, bad form. This is why ppl don’t get results out of this type of videos. She talks without actually saying anything that could be of help. Also, u don’t need to wear gym gloves to talk. Unbelievable from such a big company, brand.
