I do it from one month till failure 3 sets and i literally shock i have shocking result thanks bro and mention in these till failure of 4 sests then this workout became effective for intrmidiate

Some horrible deadlifts 😂😂😂 u need to bend your knees much more than that well depending on your body type but you is straight up doing a RDL
Those 3 vacations of pull will target some abs but mainly core, abs will get stronger
