im not even joking when i say i had sm arm fat and this workout slimmed my arms, i see a huge difference in 5 days
Didn't drop. 😂Struggled last 30 sec but pulled through. Thnx. I was focusing on arms and chest today yesterday was full body fat burn which exhausted me because the day before was leg day. So can't even walk straight. But thnx cause I used ur videos plus my pilates classes to do so.
I do this once a day (twice if I can) and drop my hands twice for about 10 seconds.

Shah I dropped at 4:39 but ONLY bcz I didn’t get what to do and then continued won’t happen next time 💪
Day 3 of doing this workout, and my arms are still jelly. I do take breaks from time to time and just rest my arms on my head, but I'm going to get there!

Going to attempt to do this 2x a day for 2 weeks.
Day 1 ✅was struggling so much to keep my arms up. Manage to push through but had to put my arms down a few times
Day 2✅ my arms really ached after doing tjem twice. Really struggled with some of the exercises but still pushed through
Day 3 -managable, my arms were really achy but i forgot to do it twice so i only did the work out once
Day 4✅ completed both times, i dropped my arms less then before, 3 times. My arms feel much stronger but they still ache while doing the exercise.

omg just did this as a beginner with no arm strength and i feel really good after my arms are tingling. i did drop my arms multiple times but i'll keep doing this workout to improve. tip for beginners like me: have your camera out in front of you with the grids on so you can make sure you have the correct form, it's really helpful for me as i can just raise my arms until the middle line of the camera grid 🙂
I have been doing this for almost a week, and every time I caved somewhere in the middle. Tonight I did it without dropping! I could almost cry! I for the first time felt the tiredness, but instead of seeing it as pain I someway turned it into power! So cool thank you!

I've done this on and off way too many times now. Went from a phase where I could finally do it without stopping to not being able to even finish 3 minutes. I've actually been consistent the last 11 days, maybe a day or two where I didn't do this but still got some exercise, did it twice some days, and the last few days I've been able to do it without stopping at all and it's actually kinda easy, except for a slight burn at the end around the arm flips. Haven't noticed much slimming effect (obviously need to lose weight overall for that), but my arms have definitely gotten stronger. Love this one, thank you madfit.

day 2: i had gymnastics so i didnt do it
day 3: dropped my arms twice! i have a bit of muscle but im starting to see the veins in my biceps!
day 4: dropped my arms once! 😊
day 5: i didnt dropy arms! yayy! oml it burns soo bad at the end, but now i see a small bump by my shoulder where it burnedd

I dunno what day it is now bc I didn't do it for a little while but I did the workout again for the first time in like 4 days and a feel a small bump on my arm, which is my vein
Everytime I do this I think oh it does get easier, but then 4:50 comes around and my arms just give up 😮💨

I have brachial plexus palsy and due to this my right arm has a limited range of motion and im unable to lift weights. Im having trouble haining muscle in my arm, so i hope this helps. I may update, but dont hold me to it.
