With this low impact no jumping full body HIIT workout, you’ll be sure to break a sweat in no time! Low impact ≠ Low intensity. Expect to put in a great effort. This is a high intensity routine with no jumping and no equipment. So whether you’re short on time or space, you can still get in a great workout. There is also no repeats so you won’t get bored. Focus on form and breath throughout the entire routine. And most importantly, have fun!
