Kelly, thank you so much for keeping these videos up on YT! After having my son, it's been so hard to start working out and be consistent. I remembered being your fan almost 9 years ago and working out every day. It's because you keep things fun and interesting, you motivate people to keep pushing, but also take a breath if they need. I’ve had this video saved to my liked video list for about 7 years. I always come back to it when I’m being really healthy about working out and In good habits. When it becomes “too easy” I add two of her other workout videos after it. When I fall off the wagon for a too long I still come back to it. It’s the only consistent workout in my routine. Lifer.

For some reason the Lunch + rotation hit me really hard. im at a decent fitness level, but the balancing while rotating my body like that is HARD for me haha

For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.

4 years ago I lost 50 pounds with a combination of fitness blender and running.
After a major depression 2 years back I find myself back at my original weight, with extra 20 pounds to shed.
This routine used to be my favorite. I’d skip the water break, make the rest periods super hard.
No I’m having to pause between each element.
It makes me sad and at the same time I just know how easy it’s going to get, and it motivates me
To change it up, I add more squats and thigh lifts. I’m feeling the diff & strength in my legs 🫶 will keep going in May 2024 (Ty bayha for adding the date 👍)

Current stats: 62kgs 27F 5’3”
At present, I can do 30 sec plank, 8 burpees and zero full pushups while keeping a proper form.
Goal : 3 min plank, 20 burpees and 5 full pushups.
Goal weight : 55kgs

This might be the best 30mins exercise on you tube, creeps up on you it does, eases you in gently and by the end you are drowning in sweat. Not the intensity of HIIT, but HIIT is not for me. Great cardio and great all over stretches for flexibility along the way. Great exercise for a 54yo to complement running and inline skating. Top work fitness blender, been on board for many years.

I pushed through it! Even though I am SWEATY and my body feels like a wet noodle, I am sooo glad I did it! Helped me realize how much more I need to work on; definitely balance and strength.
